# G10 Claim, evidence, and provenance graph

## Question

What supports a particular assertion, and where did that support originate?

## Nodes

Claim; Evidence; Source version; Extraction activity; Reviewer

## Relationship sketch

* claim → supported/contradicted by evidence
* evidence → source version
* derived artifact → source activity

## Evidence inputs

Exact assertion scope, original source locator, observation date, evidence class, and review decision.

## Implementation

Make claims first class records. Preserve source chains and ownership/independence labels. A summary derived from a source is not a new independent source.

## Acceptance checks

* Every published material assertion has a source or labeled basis
* Conflicting evidence remains attached
* Unsupported assertions cannot pass the publication readiness check

## Do not infer

Five copies of the same claim do not constitute five independent confirmations.

## Publication boundary

Publish safe citations, not secrets, client messages, or restricted originals.

## Source basis

[S14](https://library.feedthejoe.com/graph-systems/primary-source-register/#S14), [S16](https://library.feedthejoe.com/graph-systems/primary-source-register/#S16). See Research/sources.json. Sources support the primitives or named technology. The organization, labels, actions, and acceptance contracts in this catalog are this library's design, not claimed provider requirements.
