## Evidence inputs

Resolved citations, source locators, document versions, and duplication provenance.

## Implementation

Maintain the directed citation graph first. Cocitation connects items cited together; bibliographic coupling connects works sharing references. Label derived edges and formulas, not endorsements.

## Acceptance checks

* Derived projections can be recomputed from citation records
* Copied source lists do not count as independent evidence
* A citation is inspected before treating it as support

## Do not infer

Being cited together does not imply identity, agreement, quality, or ranking equivalence.

## Publication boundary

Respect source licenses; publish only permitted citation data.
